Comments: Two pets are allowed per apartment homes. Dogs-at least 1 year old, housebroken. Some breed restrictions. Cats-at least 1 year old, indoor. We collect a pet deposit of $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $15 for one pet and $25 for two pets.
Restrictions: The breed restrictions include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any mixes that include one of these breeds.
