Complex pays for water, sewer, and garbage. Tenants pay for electric.

Apartments are located in two story buildings, so single story apartments will have either an apartment above or below them depending on whether they are a downstairs or upstairs apartment. The townhouses are two story apartments and do not have another apartment above or below them. In general apartments will have other apartments on either side of them unless located at the end of a building.

Our standard rental policy is a month-to-month rental agreement with 30 days notice to vacant. But from time-to-time we offer specials which require a lease agreement. The lease specials only apply to the initial lease period on move-in. After the initial lease period is completed tenancy is month-to-month at our standard rental rates listed below. Prices and availability of listed rental property are subject to change without notice.

Fill out an rental application which is submitted to Pacific Screening along with a $35 nonrefundable application fee for a check on your rental history, income verification, criminal record check, eviction records check, and a credit report. The $35 screening fee is required of every person 18 years or older, except spouses or children.

A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold an apartment.

Once approved, you pay the first month's rent, move-in fee of $200.00, and the apartment's yours.

There is no security deposit required on approved credit, but some tenants will be asked to put down a security deposit equal to one month's rental fee.

We also have a bonus program available to tenants.
